BIG BREAKING: Suspects in Osman Hadi Shooting Allegedly Fled to India: Facebook Claim

Osman Hadi Shooter

Individuals allegedly involved in the attempted killing of Inqilab Moncho organiser Osman Hadi have reportedly fled the country, according to a Facebook post by Zulkarnain Saer.

The post claims that the main shooter, Faisal Karim Masud alias Daud Khan, a former Chhatra League leader, and his alleged accomplice motorbike rider Alamgir Hossain crossed the border into India on the evening of 12 December. Their current location is said to be Guwahati, Assam.

According to the same source, the two are allegedly being assisted in India by Md. Masudur Rahman Biplob, described as the personal assistant (PS) of Awami League leader Jahangir Kabir Nanak. The post claims that the suspects are staying in India under Biplob’s supervision.

The Facebook post further alleges that the attack on Hadi was highly planned, and that there may be attempts to carry out similar attacks by other hit teams. It also claims that Faisal Karim Masud told close associates that the weapon used in the attack jammed, allowing him to fire only one shot instead of the four he had allegedly planned.

No official confirmation from law enforcement or government authorities has been issued regarding these claims at the time of publication.
