- Chamber Judge Intervention: On January 18, the Chamber Judge stayed the High Court’s order following an appeal by Premier Leasing & Finance.
- Final Resolution: By January 22, the Chamber Court upheld the decision to clear his name from the defaulter list, noting that his loans had been successfully rescheduled. Consequently, the High Court bench formalized his eligibility today.
