Prime Minister Tarique Rahman today encouraged innovation and youth creativity by personally driving a go-kart (racing car) built by college student Rijayan Rashid.
The event took place on Saturday (April 25, 2026) at the Tejgaon Prime Minister’s Office premises, according to an official post shared on the “PMO Bangladesh – Prime Minister’s Office” Facebook page.
During the visit, the Prime Minister inspected the go-kart designed and developed by Rijayan Rashid, a college student known for his interest in engineering and innovation.
In a notable moment, the Prime Minister himself drove the go-kart to encourage the young inventor and appreciate his work.
The initiative highlights the government’s emphasis on supporting youth innovation, technical creativity, and practical engineering skills.
