MANAMA: The Bangladesh Embassy in Bahrain has announced a special flight arrangement for expatriates wishing to return home. The flight will be operated by Gulf Air and is expected to depart on March 20 or a date close to it.
According to the embassy, the flight will operate via Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The following details have been confirmed for interested passengers:
Seat Allocation and Booking
The embassy clarified that the reservation of seats will be handled on a “first-come, first-served” basis. It further emphasized that:
“The availability of seats on the flight will depend entirely on the Gulf Air authorities.”

The approximate fare for each seat has been set at 300 Bahraini Dinars (BHD). This comprehensive fare includes:
- Airfare from Dammam to Bangladesh.
- Bus transportation from Bahrain to Dammam.
