New photographic evidence has surfaced, seemingly confirming the escape of the main suspect in the shooting of Inkilab Moncho organizer Sharif Osman Hadi, former Chhatra League leader Faisal Karim Masud alias Daud Khan, and his accomplice, motorbike driver Alamgir Hossain.
According to another report from Zulkarnain Saer’s Facebook Post, the two suspects crossed the border into India via the Haluaghat border in Mymensingh on the evening of December 12.
Indian SIM and Selfies
A special intelligence source revealed that once in India, Md. Masudur Rahman Biplob, the Personal Secretary (PS) of Awami League leader Jahangir Kabir Nanak, allegedly provided Faisal Karim Masud with a specific Indian mobile number: +91 60013 940** (last two digits redacted).
Using this number, Faisal Karim Masud reportedly sent a selfie of himself and Alamgir Hossain to several contacts on the night of December 14. One of the numbers that received the image was intercepted, yielding the photograph. It has been confirmed that the picture was taken in Guwahati, Assam State, India, yesterday.
The photo, which will be published alongside this report, serves as concrete evidence of the shooter’s successful escape and current whereabouts, intensifying the political controversy surrounding the attack and the alleged involvement of a high-profile political aide in their evasion of justice.
