In celebration of World Mental Health Day 2025, PsychTalks, an initiative led by a group of young psychology students from Chattogram, is set to host “PsychTalks Dialogue” — an event designed to foster open conversations around mental health, emotional well-being, and collective resilience. The programme will take place on October 10 at the Theatre Institute Chittagong on K.C. Dey Road, beginning at 4:00 PM.
Following the success of their first event, this marks PsychTalks’ second offline programme, continuing its mission to make psychological knowledge accessible and to create safe spaces for public dialogue on mental health and the human experience.
The event will feature interactive sessions, discussions, and a documentary screening, focusing on emotional regulation, digital burnout, and the psychology of healing in a rapidly changing social landscape.

A Platform for Understanding and Healing
Speaking about the initiative, organisers expressed that PsychTalks Dialogue aims to bring people together to better understand the emotional struggles that often remain invisible in society. The platform seeks to encourage empathy, awareness, and shared learning — key elements in building a more mentally resilient community.
As the official media partner, Gonotaar will provide exclusive coverage of the event, amplifying discussions around mental health, social resistance, and the collective process of healing.
